Pakistan’s first locally assembled EV set to launch at IDEAS 2024

(Web Desk): Honri is set to launch locally assembled first electric vehicle of Pakistan at the 12th International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2024.

IDEAS 2024 will be held from November 19 to 22. ‘Honri Ve’ will be launched at the significant event.

This is a significant development in Pakistan’s automotive industry.

The move reflects commitment of Pakistan’s Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to introduce climate friendly technology and cost -effective driving solutions for Pakistanis.

The Honri is launching two variants of its electric vehicle, Honri Ve2.0 and Honri Ve3.0

Honri Ve2.0 generates a maximum power of 30 kW and a maximum torque of 84 Nm, with a top speed of 100 km per hour. The 200 km range per charge can be fully replenished in seven hours.

The vehicle is equipped with many safety and modern features including disc brakes, a rear spoiler, halogen headlights with height adjustment, dual-tone side mirrors with indicators, daytime running lights (DRLs) and many others.

The Honri Ve 3.0 can travel 300 km with a single charge. This also can be fully recharged in just seven hours.

Honri Ve3.0 delivers power of 35 kW and87 Nm torque. Its top speed is 100 km per hour.

Its important features consist of a rearview camera a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a 220V AC charging gun for charging at home.

The Honri Ve price starts from Rs3,999,000. The manufacturer has not disclosed the price of Honri Ve3.0 so far.
