The budget session of the Sindh Assembly is underway under the chairmanship of the Deputy Speaker, in which Chief Minister and Finance Minister Murad Ali Shah had presented the budget.

The opposition protested in the House against the Israeli attack on Iran, with MQM member Rashid condemning the Israeli aggression.

Deputy Speaker Anthony Naveed said that a resolution cannot be brought in the budget session, we all condemn what Israel did. MQM member Sabir Qaimkhani said that Israel targeted the civilian population.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that a meeting should be held immediately after the budget session is adjourned, in which a resolution condemning Israel should be presented. We also condemn the attack on Iran. A separate meeting is called for the budget. The solution is to present a resolution condemning Israel after the budget session.

Murad Ali Shah says that an attack on Iran is a threat to the entire region, the international community should take notice of Israeli aggression, I express my regret over the plane crash in India, and I offer my condolences to the families of those who died in the plane crash.

The opposition created a ruckus in the House during the Sindh Chief Minister s budget speech.

Presenting the tenth budget, Sindh Chief Minister and Finance Minister Murad Ali Shah said that the size of the provincial budget has been set at Rs3,451.87 billion, which is 12.9% more than the budget estimate of Rs3,56.3 billion.

He announced a 12% increase in the salaries of employees in grades 1 to 16, and a 10% increase in the salaries of employees in grades 17 to 22. It has been decided to increase the pension of retired government employees of Sindh by 8%.
